Most pan mixers (except Sicoma’s) will take longer to mix if they are filled to capacity. Not so with twin shaft mixers; their mixing action assures thorough mixing in the specified time even when filled to the capacity listed in the specification table. No need to install a bigger mixer than you need. And don’t forget – the 70 second mixing cycle means that you get more batches per hour. Filling to total capacity and faster mixing time means a lot more throughput for the price, or a smaller mixer, which saves money.
